Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
50 g dates or coconut blossom sugar
3 eggs
100 g wholemeal (spelt) flour
50 g oatmeal
1,5 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F°(= 175°C)
Mix all ingredients until smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased cake mould.
Bake the banana bread for 45-50 min.
Let it cool down and enjoy!
