Healthy Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 50 g dates or coconut blossom sugar

  • 3 eggs

    • 100 g wholemeal (spelt) flour

    • 50 g oatmeal

    • 1,5 teaspoon baking powder

    • Pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F°(= 175°C)

  2. Mix all ingredients until smooth mixture.

  3. Pour the mixture into a greased cake mould.

  4. Bake the banana bread for 45-50 min.

  5. Let it cool down and enjoy!
