Ingredients:
240 g (spelt) flour
2 eggs
3 bananas
40 g coconut blossom sugar
70 ml of (almond) milk
coconut oil (to grease)
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat up your waffle iron and grease your waffle iron with coconut oil.
Spoon 1 full tablespoon of batter each time into the waffle iron, and let it turn golden brown (in about 2 minutes).
Let them cool down and enjoy!
