Healthy Chocolate Banana Bread

I think we all like banana bread and almost everyone made it during the quarantine. But have you ever made chocolate banana bread?

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 3 eggs

  • 100 g (spelt) flout

  • 50 g coconut blossom sugar

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 1,5 teaspoon baking powder

  • pinch of salt

Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F°( =175°C).

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to a smooth paste.

  3. Pour the dough into a greased cake tin.

  4. Let it bake for 45-50 minutes.

  5. Let it cool down and enjoy!
